Born in Mississippi and graduated high school in Byran, TX. Joined the Army in 2001 as a 19D cavalry scout field reconnaissance. Went to college in Mississippi and married Christy Martin.
Tommy had a strong passion for welding that eventually led to him growing into the world of homebuilding. He made his mark building I beam barndominiums and started woodworking on a very small scale as a hobby and way to decompress from the rigor of general contracting. Word of his craftsmanship, quality and attention to detail soon got out and calls and orders started flowing in. Piney Woods was born. He dedicates his craft to God and attributes his quality to his patience and his employees and customersthat become a part of his family.
