Brooke Droptini, P.E., is a civil engineer applying value management and value engineering principles to custom residential and development projects. After more than twenty years leading complex public infrastructure initiatives, she transitioned her systems-level discipline into the private sector, bringing infrastructure-grade rigor to high-stakes builds.
Working upstream of the traditional design-build process, Brooke partners with owners, developers, and industry professionals to examine scope, sequencing, and decision logic before direction is finalized. Her work is guided by her firm’s proprietary People–Priorities–Place framework, a structured methodology used to pressure-test critical inputs and clarify what drives long-term performance. She strengthens scope alignment, coordination, and disciplined execution across the project team.
